DW took a two day holiday to do Zillow-OpenHousing with DS in Seattle. First time she has been out of house in 2 years-I get to mind MIL. She came back shocked-ex: 40 bids on a house. A house ask@$500k with bids upto $200K above. House with crack foundations. House with a hole in roof, as seen from inside.
I tried to make reservations for 3 days for Seattle-Fremont's Solstice Fair- Motel 6, SeaTac was about as close as I could get.
