The only way to deal with NK is to wipe out their entire country. All of the citizens are brainwashed from birth. Killing the leader won't solve any problems. Starving them to death is better than sending a nuclear bomb to blow them up. The good thing is that the South Korean army is ready for war any time. They are a tough lot. I think it is a mistake to give into NK's intimidation and reward them with food. Complete isolation is the best strategy.
