The second for observing that the thread is political. Which in the world of CC mods, is a reference to moderating.
It's like Fight Club. You can participate it in, but not talk about it. It's the major number one unwritten rule, and the one that always tripped me up. Even when I was complementing a moderator. It's a bizarro world.
