Interesting article bemoaning "hard times" in Atlanta;

Atlanta needs industry, not more corporate headquarters. The same is true of US society as a whole.
If one had a military organization that was ALL command and control with NO deployable assests, how well would it function?
The economy needs the "boots on the ground" and "planes in the air" of factories.
Would the Pentagon hire Chinese contractors to accomplish their missions, even if the cost were cheaper (in the short term)?
