An intrinsic part of the theory of climate change, or global warming, includes the idea that the Gulf Stream will slow, and cause frigid conditions in Europe, particularly the UK. The key to this guy's theory about the impact of the sun would be to see what predictions he might make about other places on earth. Has he ever made predictions that go beyond England?
