Don't watch enough of anything that I would try to fit this in, lp.
Other than popularity of it, maybe it would best be described in a generic political sense. Fitting anyway, since that's what the issue is, political.
"Sarah Palin and her extended family, after growing beards and getting rich off formulating the perfect moose bait, land a reality show on A&E, where they model... less than perfectly correct behavior. Trouble develops when Sarah sets for a GQ interview and makes impolite comments about gays and other endangered species."
No surprise A&E loves profits over principles but it's amusing they've had to admit evangelicals are nearer and dearer to them than GLAAD ever will be.
This being the kind of subject that was pure raw meat to the CC crowd, but doesn't even solicit a half-hearted huzzah here, points to a terminal apathy. Downbeat, dejected and depressed... just waiting for the ObamaMarket to poof and the solace of day-trading to dry up and disappear like everything else good in the country.
That Fox babe, the one that ate her foot for the 'white guy Santa' comment,... did she have Phil Robertson in mind while she was busily teeing off the thought police?
He's got the beard going on pretty well, the gay disapproval doesn't seem a killer since the original St. Nick wasn't likely to have been a huge advocate (nothing on the google, anyway), and redneck children surely deserve there own special Santa just as dearly as the rest of the disadvantaged....
