Sounds like they got him alive, and are sending him to the hospital. He was lucky to survive, unlike his victims.

CNN says the surviving bomber is in custody. I hope they got that right.

Possible the suspect is cornored. Automatic weapons fire. 1630hrs PDT. 

Did we do a Rambo? 

What are the instructions to the law enforcers? Shoot to kill or Capture alive.  Need questions to answers.
