The consensus is that the super pacs, the supposed Darth Vaders of the political world, had practically zero impact.

I think they negated each other, giving a net zero impact.

Just another form of taxation and wealth transferance. The Simmons, Kochs, and others gotta be thinking...that they were taxed and didn't get much in return. Oh well, its only money to them.

Poilitics is a wonderful Industry. These two (only 2) men spent $2Bill+ for their campaigns. They supported advertisers, TV stations and publications, consultants, programmers, real estate, and restuarants and coffee companies. And when you add in what Michelle and Michele spent on wardrobes, the affected industries and people really is a good $$$$.

A lot of wealthy people lost a great deal of money on this election. Will they be wanting to initiate  campaign financial reform so that their cost per vote is equalized against their opposition?

Will the winning party now further their complaints of unfair advantage of buying votes by unregulated entities?evileye
