Off topic, but I have to say Bill is the last President I can remember where I felt like grid lock in DC didn't exist! Let me re-phrase that, it existed, but not to the level we see now.
Personally, I think the gridlock started because D's believed GWB was selected and not elected. They had a chip on their shoulder.
Back on topic, Bill didn't get his hand caught in the cookie jar 1x, not 2x, but 3 times. Can we all say Gennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, and Monica?
He has managed to warp his own memory, but I am sure Hillary remembers!

My mea culpa was voting for him in his second campaign. He would have been far more effective if he wasn't lying and getting gratified by interns.
