Off topic, but I have to say Bill is the last President I can remember where I felt like grid lock in DC didn't exist! Let me re-phrase that, it existed, but not to the level we see now.

Personally, I think the gridlock started because D's believed GWB was selected and not elected. They had a chip on their shoulder.

Back on topic, Bill didn't get his hand caught in the cookie jar 1x, not 2x, but 3 times. Can we all say Gennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, and Monica?

He has managed to warp his own memory, but I am sure Hillary remembers!

Bill's hand was looking for more than just cookies. He also has a short memory. My mea culpa was voting for him in his second campaign. He would have been far more effective if he wasn't lying and getting gratified by interns.

Okay this isn't Joe doing it, Bill

http://dailycaller.com/2012/11/06/clinton-asks-philadelphia-crowd-who-wants-a-president-who-will-knowingly-repeatedly-tell-you-something-he-knows-isnt-true-video/

“You’re laughing, but who wants a president who will knowingly, repeatedly tell you something he knows is not true?” Clinton asked, after discounting a claim in a recent Romney ad that the Obama administration’s auto bailout hurt American workers.

“When I was a kid, if I got my hand caught in the cookie jar, where it wasn’t supposed to be, I turned red in my face, and I took my hand out of the cookie jar,” Clinton added.

I guess Bill forgot he was caught lying to us when he was President

or even easier, pull a Mitt Romney and say over and over again:  "We need jobs.  I know how to create jobs.  I've done it before."  That way like Mitt, he only has to memorize 3 sentences.

Maybe Joe should follow PBO's direction, use a TELEPROMPTER!
