As a Massachusetts native whith many hours behind the wheel in and around Boston I think this is pretty funny, and accurate on multiple levels.
It works best on a smart phone where you see only the first image/caption and have to scroll down to see the second one, but whatever, as Larry The Cable Guy says, "I don't care who you are, that's funny right there."
According to a report out byThe InquistrMonday, a woman known as Donna the Deer Lady has many wondering if her concerns for animal safety over road crossing signs is actually a hoax.
A worried woman called into North Dakota's Y94′s The Morning Playhouse recently to complain over new deer crossing signs the state has placed along roadsides. No evidence has surfaced that the call was a hoax, but it's a hard story to believe.
“My frustration is that Minnesota and North Dakota departments of transportation would allow these deer crossings to be in such high-traffic areas … I mean I’ve even seen them on the interstate. Why are we encouraging deer to cross the interstate? I don’t get it … They can direct their deer population anywhere they want to by moving that deer crossing sign. Why in the world would they place it on the highway or the interstate, you know? I mean, God. The deer crossing sign is there to tell deer that that’s where they need to cross.”
Donna the Deer Lady a hoax?

When the radio hosts explained what the deer crossing signs actually mean -- warning drivers to watch out for deer that may jump out onto the road -- she felt "incredibly stupid."
“In my defense, I grew up in a really small North Dakota town,” Donna the Deer Lady concluded.
Was the whole incident a hoax or someone really confused about animal crossing signs?
Even as a hoax you have to admit, you smiled for a second or two.
