"the Student Strike" or "tuition strike"

The problem lies not in the increasing cost of education, But the fact that the parents practiced birth control too long. Thereby placing the delayed kids into an era of increasing education cost.  

The Republican Way is to ban all forms of birth control, having kids early.

The Democratic Way is to use BC and to accumulated the money before having kids. This will of course mean that the kids will have higher expenses and negate the affect of the accumulated money.
