What might be a good thing is someone following Harry Reid around, every day, and asking him for that day's opinion on Romney's tax history... and his own.

I can't remember when someone in his position went that far in the tank for a re-election campaign, other than their own, but....

Geeps20, Agreed

But 2 questions:

1. Mitt would have more credibility if He released this his tax summary,... Not MR-Republican's Campaign office.

2. It's still just a summary, not a concise summary. Wording is everything.

I don't care what % Romney paid in taxes, doesn't mean squat....that he gave 30% to charity means more to me than what the left is trying to spin.

So there you go D's

OBTW, they also submitted:

Additionally, the Romney campaign is releasing a summary of 20 years of taxes, between 1990-2009, detailing their tax expenditures during those years:

  • In each year during the entire 20-year period, the Romneys owed both state and federal income taxes.
  • Over the entire 20-year period, the average annual effective federal tax rate was 20.20%.
  • Over the entire 20-year period, the lowest annual effective federal personal tax rate was 13.66%.
  • Over the entire 20-year period, the Romneys gave to charity an average of 13.45% of their adjusted gross income.
  • Over the entire 20-year period, the total federal and state taxes owed plus the total charitable donations deducted represented 38.49% of total AGI.

Are you satisfied now, or do you need to see like the Clintons  how much they deducted when they donated their underwear? Pretty sure Romney was right, they will demand now to see his deductions.
