What are the chances of any Dem appointed justice ruling against their party like Roberts did?...What does that tell you?

How could he fail on this?

Most of the ACA was directly lifted from the LDS/Republican Mass. Governor's program. IOW, what's good for the LDS and Republicans, is good for the rest of us.evileye

If you're referring to the Affordable Care Act, you may have noticed that the highest court in the land disagrees with you. It's legal. It's constitutional.

this guy just has to go..thumbs his nose at the constitution, disregards our laws on the books....what a total disgrace this guy is.
