Towns billing presidential campaigns for costs of campaign stops

Two towns have now billed Obama's presidential campaign for the increased costs.

First, Newport Beach, CA and then Durham, New Hampshire. This hasn't been for official presidential business, but for campaigning.

With things being tough in a lot of cities, you have to wonder if this trend will continue through November.
