WHAT THE HELL?

I feel like part of the problem with developed countries is that natural selection won't weed out idiots like this and instead they're allowed to reproduce. From working at the shelter where I work, I am appalled at what some mothers let their children (heck even encourage!) do. I had a 2 year slap both mine and my boss' rear end while the mother just laughed and laughed. This same child dug a 6 inch deep hole in the wall of his mom's room... 2 YEARS OLD and caused over $100 worth of damage. We have moms that send down their 4 year olds to get cups of bleach (obviously we don't give it to them). GAH.

And then these are the parents that have 5, 6, 7+ children whereas the parents with common sense have only 1 or 2. I'm terrified to see what happens a few generations down the road as this trend keeps up.
