About 22 secs into spot, "Its time that we recognize that the nearly $100 billion worth spent on clean coal technologies have resulted in real environmental progress."
1. This research: How much was spent by the US Government? the Coal producers? The Coal users?
2. The technologies: Is the technology enough? Is the technology competitive?
3. The Evironmental Progress: Are you saying that the environment was bad before you had the technologies? Are you saying that environment is better because of the technologies? And if you are saying the technologies and environment are now better, why are you saying that we need to recognize the abundance of coal and jobs?
IMO: In all the years you spent fighting, Maybe you should have invested in better PR, in ways to extract NG in the coal seams, and spent some your own money that you would have collected from rate payers anyway.
Eat Beans and create your own gas and bricks. A simple thought.
