Colbert is running in SC. but can't be on the ballot. But Cain is still on the ballot even though he's not running. So inorder to vote for Colbert, you gotta vote for Cain.
I believe than Cain is going to be in the top 5 in the SC primary.
And Stewart will be the power broker because controls the SuperPAC.
