fortunately, I don't think anyone contributed to the meltdown that didn't have awesome contacts among DC's elected elite, so it's pretty clear who is to blame.
voters probably aren't willing to make them pay for that though, so really, it's our fault (collectively)
Really amazing how few people were able to nearly bring down America's/World's financial system. And fewer people were/are able to help it to stabilize/recover.
