I think I saw the quickest shut down thread yesterday. I was responding to a thread about whether or not there would be riots if the Pell Grants/government loans were eliminated. It had been up for less than 5 minutes by the time I posted my response and by that time it was down.
Have you been able to log in today? I just tried and didn't have any problem. I've never seen that error message, but they can completely block your computer from access, but I think that would be to the entire site and not just the café.
