no way he should get his degree. But he will.

If UVA students want their honor code to be anything other than a joke (to be clear, some already feel this way), they should make their voices heard.

Au contraire, I think he will fit right in with most of the other lawyers.

You are certainly correct. Obviously he belongs on Wall Street not in Law.

Shame, shame, shame on this young man! He's a third year Law Student about to graduate? no Clearly, he slept through every ethics lecture he ever attended.  It's actually pretty depressing, the prospect that someone so morally bankrupt might be awarded a Law Degree. He should not! be allowed to graduate. He's done an incredible injustice to everyone who has ever truly been (or will be in the future) a victim of racially motivated police misconduct.

So campus police officers are unaware that there are AA law students at UVA?

This guy has managed to insult both police officers and African Americans simultaneously.

I wonder how many times the campus fuzz has dealt mildly with drunken jocks, inebriated greeks of both sexes, and just plain boisterousness, drunk or sober, on the part of students?

I agree with you 100% razor. This guy disgusts me because it is exactly people like him that make it so hard for ACTUAL victims to get any attention or have any credibility.

 It’s time for more race-related drama from UVA Law School. Back in February, Elie wrote about a UVA Law party that featured Confederate flag decor. Now I will tell you about a 3L’s fabricated tale of racial harassment by university police.

UVA should kick it butt out of school.  People like this law student undermine true victims of police mistreatment.
