Can't give up what he really never had. 

He is an "undocumented" alien. He was sent by parents, so he isn't necessarily an illegal. evileye

I would say that Superman is the true "illegal alien".

How can he give up US cititzenship if he doesn't have it? He wasn't born here. He wasn't a naturalized citizen. His parents weren't born here. I say, throw his butt outta here and send him back to Krypton, the fraud.

Since Superman has not sent any American jobs  to China, he is far less of a traitor than the "multinational corporation " executives.
