You familiar with the neighborhood?  I am.  In fact we get a lot of kids transferring to our school, which gives them a chance at academic success in a safe environment.

There are some pretty sketchy parts in that area.  Some nicer ones, too.

Another example of innocent people getting accidently maimed by a gun. Another teenager growing up with a gun in the house for no good reason.

The good news is this was an accidental shooter.
