More on the woman who took the fountain dive while texting.

"Marrero, 49, was charged in October 2009 for allegedly using a coworker's credit cards to make more than $5,000 in purchases at a Target and a Zales jewelry store -- $1,055 of those purchases were dismissed from the case in previous hearings."

This is kind of a sweet story.  The guy, Todd Bieber, found a roll of undeveloped film in the snow during the massive storms in NY and developed it.  It profiles the photos and the journey he has started to get the negatives back to the original owners.  Charming!
