They look more like a collection of tribes who don't like one another very much.

Of course they are learning democracy from the masters of gerrymandering, divisive politics, and the court decided election.

All they need is plus thousand page legislation to accomplish the least littleĀ thing and our work will be done!

Lawyers! Almost forgot them. The Afghans need to train LOTS of lawyers. Can't have a civilized democracy without more lawyers than doctors, engineers, dentists, or accountants...
