I like the Betty White Snickers ad, too. Basically, she is just funny no matter what she does.


Yeah, that's the one that won top of the year :). My cousin said that she has a wicked dirty sense of humor. He said he couldn't believe some of the stuff that came out of her mouth.

I had never seen the Sprite commercial, before.  Wow.  

I like the Betty White Snickers ad, too.  Basically, she is just funny no matter what she does.

Thanks, pmrlcomm. We go see it every Christmas Eve before going to church in a beautiful theater built in the '20s. It's like a walk back in history.

Yikes jawdrop.gif to the faux Sprite commercial. The site I saw it on was a news link. Not surprisingly, it said YouTube had pulled it censored.gif. I don't know that I'll ever drink a Sprite without thinking about that ad. omfg.gifbiggrin

Love your avatar Artemis. One of my all-time favorite movies - Holiday or not.

There was a quite provocative Sprite commercial in Germany. Worth looking up on youtube if you don't blush easily... I would post but don't want to inadvertently offend anyone.

I really enjoyed several of the super bowl ads this year, but it was too long ago for me to remember them on my own. confusebiggrin 

My current favorite is the Target ad with the kids on Christmas morning that runs in reverse. The kids and the music capture the excitement of waking up Christmas morning. I looked up the commercial to see if the song, Toy Jackpot, was written for the commercial. A rap band called Blackalicious (never heard of them, but it was great to hear a rap song that was fun and not full of expletitives) wrote it for Target.

The polls and shows are coming out to claim which commercial was the best this year. So far, most have said that the Betty White Snickers commercial tops the list (which makes me happy since my cousin was in that one biggrin.gif).

What was your favorite commercial this year? I really liked the Doritos dog commercial during the Super Bowl, but I never saw it after hmm.
