More symmetrical maybe?

What is the optimal ratio of the lengths of the various bones to one another?

Don't 4 inch stilettoes usuallly have a steel "shank" or reinforcing bar?

My youngest daughter has asked me not to use a rare earth magnet to examine her shoes. She thinks the finish might get scratched if there is a steel core.
